The Tokyo tour
First of all, you can visit many attractions. Tokyo Disney is currently the most popular attraction among Asian tourists, and I d strongly recommend it since it is a lot of fun! I also recommend Sensoji Temple, Imperial Palace, and Ginza for sightseeing, also Roppongi and Shinjuku for evening/nightlife.
I can’t give you the recommendations without knowing who you are and/or what you guys would like to see or do though. You may want to consider taking a day trip to Kamakura or Hakone/Mt Fuji. Kamakura is an old town with many temples and shrines, and you can see cultural Japan there. It is about an hour away from Tokyo by JR train. Kamakura is sometimes called the Kyoto of Eastern Japan.

Shopping in London: visiting London markets
Visiting London on Sunday will be fine to go to all the markets.

London doesn’t have a ‘day of rest’ as such and Camden will definitely be lively. Camden market on Saturday will be rammed – the tube only lets people get off at Camden then and not back on to get away. There are also lots of eating stuff there too. Camden Market is one of London’s top attractions. It’s a young place, but somehow seems to bring out the youngster in everyone. Virtually everything is on sale here, clothing, music, antiques (though this sector is shrinking – not a patch on Paris’ St Ouen Marche aux Puces), collectibles, ethnic art, rugs and kelims, food and drink. It does tend to get a bit crowded on Sundays, and you could think yourself back in the swinging sixties, it has such high sales it’s ow the UK’s 4th biggest retailer. As a matter of fact that’s a must on your stop in London because if you want to get a few more things. Also, the food there is great and there is a Starbucks right across the bridge if you’re missing home.

Shopping at low costs for perfume and watches in France
I would recommend rather to take a trip from Paris to Val d’Europe. This is about a 1 hour ride by RER (suburban underground train). Attache to the main commercial center, there is a nice “factory village” with big name brands selling last season’s collection at virtually half price. You will find Kenzo, Lancel, and also a few French names that are not found outside France. On top of that, you can get the VAT (12%) money back off the price.
