London attractions: London Eye (aka London wheel, Millennium Wheel)

Although London is a great place for tourists with a lot of signs and historical places, London Eye (aka “Eye” and “Millennium Wheel”) is definitely a “must-see” when visiting London.
British Airways sponsored London Eye, so it officially named “the British Airways London Eye” while visiting observation wheel called “flight”.
Eye grants you the best bird’s eye views of London. It’s incredible photogenic at sunset.
It moves slowly, so you will have enough time for Central London sightseeing and enjoy the ride.

Located on the South Bank between Waterloo and Westminster Bridges, London Eye gives a great look at the Big Ben and Houses of Parliament.
A tour is half-hour long hiding you at the top of the London Eye (135 m.) in a space-look capsules 25 people each. If you are rich enough – you can hire a Private Capsule or, if you are on your wedding trip – you can hire a special “Champagne Capsule” or “Cupid’s Capsule” where you can enjoy an incredible look of night London privately (if you aren’t married – it’s a great place to make your proposal!).
Note, that you must arrive at the London Eye boarding gate no less than 30 minutes before your flight-start time.
Tourist tip: don’t think you are the only one visiting London, there are millions of tourists a year and London Eye is one of the most visited attractions in London, so buy your tickets in advance or book it online to avoid loosing time in queues.
Tip #2 – use weather forecast to find out if the sky will be clear.

London Eye ticket prices:
* Adults 18+ – £14.50
* Children 5-15 – £7.25
* Children under 5 – Free
* Senior adults – £11.00

It’s definitely worth the money!
