Niagara falls hotels

Niagara Falls is an extremely safe place. The only crime that happens here are house break ins, and that very very very very rarely happens.
You might want to try out the Comfort Inn on Clifton Hill. The prices are reasonable and the hotel is extremely clean and in good shape. The jacuzzi suites are really nice and the best part of this hotel is its great location, walking distance to the Falls, Casinos, the Maid of the mist, Queen Victoria Park, and other attractions.

If you really want a romantic hotel, you can try the “Marriot Niagara Fallsview and Spa”. They offer fireplace/jacuzzi suites, luxurious furnishings and beds, marble bathrooms the size of you kitchen, mini-bars, and the most breathtaking views of the falls you can imagine from a hotel. The hotel is located slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the Casinos and family attractions, yet it’s just a block away from all that if you really want to leave your room. Large king size comfy bed, jacuzzi, and pure luxury.
The Comfort Inn Clifton Hill or the Quality Inn Clifton Hill both have two bedroom family suites that have 3 beds (two in one room and one in another room with a door in-between the rooms). The Hotels are right in the middle of the main tourist area, just a block from the falls, offer free parking and have indoor pools. Comfort Inn on Clifton Hill is a great place. Clean hotel, friendly, free breakfast which is handy with all those kids. The indoor pool is a fair size and large hot tub also. They clean the pool daily – you can watch while having breakfast. The location is nice too. Close to Clifton Hill, walk to Casino, Falls, etc. and free parking.
Another good hotel is Ren. It’s great, very nice, luxury and class with great service. They have built a hotel in front of it though and the view might not be what it once was. You might have to look at the back of another hotel. Specify that you require a room with a view of the falls if that is what you want. This way if the view is not what you want you can be compensated.
Embassy Suites are very spacious. King bedroom had two soft chairs and small round table right by the floor-ceiling curved wall windows, looking right out at both falls. Enormous 2-person jacuzzi with shutter doors that open up the view across the bedroom and to the falls.
There are some cheaper places near Niagara falls but I wouldn’t recommend them. NF is very much like Blackpool and you can get some places at 150$ a night CDN that are absolute dives.

The falls themselves are lovely of course. Also, being there in person makes you really feel the power of it- the thunder, the spray, the chill by the horseshoe. Everyone should go at least once. Don’t forget to take your camera!
The wheel gives you a great view of the city and the falls. The aviary is good because the birds fly around outside of cages. The little village is like a seaside resort, kind of like coney island but not really. It’s clean and compact and VERY colorful. Lots of stuff for kids and adults to do.
