Visiting London Zoo with children

Visiting London Zoo is a great way to spend a perfect day for a whole family where kids and teenagers will find something special.

London Zoo located on the North part of Regent’s Park. Established in 1828, London Zoo is one of the oldest zoos in the world. Today London Zoo opens its doors to the public with a collection over 650 animal spices, 112 of them are dissapearing in nature and listed in the Red Book.

London Zoo it’s not just an ability so get a closer look to you favorite animals and learn more about the conservation of different kind of over 12000 animals, but also attract your kids with the Core Rainforest Lookout, where you will find yourself in a real Rain forest of the South America and Gorilla Kingdom exhibit, with a tribe of Western Lowland Gorillas, black and white columbus monkeys living in an African rainforest environment. “Animals in Action” show is a great experience to see animals skills and abilities.

Visit the Ambika Paul Children’s Zoo with your youngsters to see rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, mice and learn about how to keep and care them.

Responses

My child memories of the Zoo were small enclosures and not much there but in the London Zoo most of the animals have decent enclosures and there is loads to see.
Nex exhibitions, especially those you can walk around, are really nice; shame they didn’t allow that in the Penguin enclosure.
There were a couple of species in the tanks that we couldnt see a label for, but everthing looked very healthy and shiny. They have obviousley put a lot of effort in, which is evident all around the Zoo. Good idea to put Zoo to the weekend vacation program, especially if you need to find some attractions for kids in London.
