Attractions in Australia: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth.

If you want beaches – Sydney is a wright place. To get to Bondi beach – just take a train from Circular Quay or anywhere in downtown Sydney to Bondi Junction. From Bondi Junction, take a bus to Bondi Beach. Signboards at Bondi Junction will help you – indicating which bus route to take.
If you aren’t busy to get somewhere outside The Gold Coast – don’t forget it is still a 2 hour drive to get to the next beach from Brisbane. There are many nicer beaches than the most famous one, Bondi. Go further north for cleaner sands and less drunk backpackers. It’s also got great easy access to the beautiful Blue Mountains for side journeys. If you have time – get a cruise on Sydney Harbour.
Sydney has lots of interesting places and great shopping, especially markets. Central Sydney has more 24-hour supermarkets and several open till midnight, where u’ll always find tons of things open and people around.

If you don’t want to venture out too far – visit Coffs Harbour. It has plenty of Hotels and Beaches – don’t forget the Big Bannana! It’s not a small town but just a smaller version of Sydney.

Melbourne has a really great atmosphere. Every suburb is different and there are just heaps of Bars, Restaurants and cool Nightclubs. The only flip side is the weather even though the summer are hot the winter are very mild. It’s not humid. It does not rain much. Melbourne has a friendlier vibe and its cafe/bar culture is vastly superior to Sydney’s.

Brisbane is near some world class beaches and has a perfect climate. The Australians call Brisbane Brisvegas. Brisbane is just like a big Shopping Mall and Downtown is absolutely dead after the shops close. The Fortitude Valley (in Bribane) is quite cool but doesn’t even come close to what Melbourne or Syndney has to offer. The weather in Brisbane is nice even though it can get way to hot.
Сheck out Cairns or Brisbane. There you’ll find the Great Barrier Reef and the rain forest. There are some beautiful Natinal Parks close to Brisbane but there are beautiful National Parks close to almost every big Australian city.

Perth is great place, really friendly people, just a great atmosphere – a must do.
When in Perth get a tour map from the tourist info in the center of the city and walk around the city and see the sights that way. There is a Tram Tour (actually its more like a bus that look like a tram) which does everything pretty quick, but walking is better if you want to get some photos and stuff.

If you really want to see some amazing wildlife and scenery go to the North West.. now that is amazing place! People who say they have been to Australia only to have seen Sydney and/or Melbourne.. there is so much more to see..
