PRAGUE RESTAURANTS: Cowboys

There are two sides to this establishment. The introverted, cavernous, brick-lined, vaulted cellar spaces. And the extroverted, magical, roof-top, garden-terrace with it’s breath-taking views.
The atmospheric, brick-lined, vaulted, cellar spaces offer a fascinating dining setting with their modern, designer interior of metal, glass – and black/white cowhide. Larger-than-life lampshades, suspended in mid-air, dominate the space, which culminates in a monumental, floor-to-ceiling, shrine-like, wine cabinet.
The roof-top terrace, just below the battlements of Prague Castle, comes into it’s own in the Spring and Summer months with a stunning panoramic view which encompasses Prague’s -Little Quarter, Old Town and beyond. From here you can see why this is the city of a hundred spires. Guests can dine beside the fountain, among the hedges and flowers or on the raised terrace. The whole setting is enveloped in the serene, other-worldly calm which typifies the Little Quarter.
The extensive menu excels in prime quality steaks from Argentina and USA, grilled to perfection and served with a variety of sauces and side dishes. What more could a steak connoisseur ask for?
