Warm appetisers: Lightly baked St Jacob scallops on zucchini pie tomato gazpacho, avocado and baked cherry tomatoes (385Kc).
Fish: Canadian halibut baked in lemon butter served with baby spinach, leek, Maki roll stuffed with green asparagus, cucumber, coated in orange tobiko caviar and Beurre Blanc sauce iyjn black truffles (615Kc). Lightly baked yellowfin tuna coated in dried shitake mushrooms, with Japanese Udon noodles, mango, red pepper and chilli tonkatsu sauce (595Kc).
Meat: Brazilian sirloin beefsteak with Port wine sauce with chocolate aroma, potato pie, herbs, foie gras, served with ice-cream with red currant (595Kc). Baked French duck breast marinated in Hoisin sauce, served with sweet potatoes glazed in honey, mustard, sauteed spinach, zucchini and sweet-sour sauce (585Kc).
