Definitely, good quality hotels with often low rates in Las Vegas are Monte Carlo, Mirage and MGM.

Well-appointed rooms have everything you need to make your stay relaxing – and fun. The hotel is an oasis of calm in the heat and bustle of Vegas. It is primarily an hotel and has all the amenities one would expect but no fountains, erupting volcanoes or anything to encourage tourists from other hotels to pay a visit.
Mirage Hotel & Casino have clean, large rooms, and fine for relaxing. The suite felt very luxurious and comfortable, and the floor to ceiling windows frame a deep, dark view of the Strip. The pool is not party central, the casino is large and the restaurants are good. The poker room is very well managed. Many tables and never had a long wait to get in a game. The dealers are professional and did not distract from the game. If you want a romantic semi-quiet place in Vegas this is it.
There are easy access to the other attractions on the strip in MGM hotel Las Vegas – just walking distances from all the popular points. It has great customer service too – front desks and security were so helpful in getting what we you want and asked. They are quite nice and courteous. The hotel has all new restaurants, cool bars, nightlife and a gorgeous Spa and Salon. You can spend all day and night in it without needing to leave for any reason. The rooms are big, the food is great, there’s lots to see and do in the Studio Walk, and the shows are fun too.
But you must remember that MGM is not a good choice for a first time Vegas visitor because they will be overwhelmed by the size and “layout” of the place. It could take a couple days just to find their way out of MGM.
